The Rogues in the Rogue Harbor will no longer need their skills leveled up via using them in Heist contract/blueprints; their skills will start out already at max level.

The Atlas Passive Tree's points will be refundable with Gold, complete with a button that can be clicked to refund all the points at once, for the appropriate cost.

When opening stacks of "Stacked Decks", holding down CTRL and holding down right-click will continuously open them into your Inventory, with the name of each drawn Divination Card being shown in your chat window.
If you instead want to drop the reveal cards onto the ground, you can hold down SHIFT alongside CTRL and right-click.

3.26 had a more recent patch where you could go to Helena in your Hideout to mass-ID your items, paying the appropriate amount of Scrolls of Wisdom automatically.
Mass-IDing will no longer cost Scrolls of Wisdom, and from late Act 1 onward, every Town will have an NPC who can mass-ID your Unidentified items.

When Spectres die, their souls will still linger and follow you around.
When you enter a new area, Spectres in that state will automatically come back.
Spectres can still be re-summoned manually if you want to bring them back ASAP, and summoning new Spectres will still override existing ones.

A batch of smaller QoL stuff:
- When using Orbs of Alteration to Craft, you can now hold Alt (lol) or the gamepad equivalent to swap to using an Orb of Augmentation, if you have any.
- When opening a Blight chest, all other Blight chests near it will also be opened.
- Rog's Kingsmarch Disenchanting service can now be accessed in Towns and Hideouts
- Kirac missions show a small icon indicating the type of mission (e.g. Essence, Abyss, Legion).
- Remnants of Corruption will stop dropping (though existing ones will still work as usual); instead, Vaal Orbs will be used to corrupt Essences.
- Itemizing Beasts from your Bestiary is now free, without requiring a Bestiary orb.
- When leveling up Gems, there's a new [+ ALL] button to level up all Gems that are eligible for a level-up at once.</section>

First immediate thought is that this imagery of all the hands is the same imagery used for the Breach stuff in POE2.
Particularly the six-fingered hand, which belongs to POE2's Breach pinnacle boss, Xesht.

Much like how the "Kingsmarch" town showed up in POE2 first in ExileCon 2023 footage, then POE1 got a league centered around Kingsmarch's construction, the two games are being intertwined in terms of what new content/lore is being added.
It's safe to say this update is Breach-related.</section>

And yeah, this is one of the mob types you can find during Breach encounters in POE2.
For a long time, POE1 has been making use of assets that were "intended" for POE2, so not too surprising to see this.

Keepers of the Flame league ends on Mar-02, 1PM PST
All the old Breach encounters will be replaced with the new Breach encounter types, which will appear naturally in Act 6 onward.
There will be Atlas Tree + Scarab support as usual, including a way to control which of the two encounter types you get.
The Genesis Tree is staying in the game, but Grafts and things relating to Grafts (Graftblood, Growing Wombgifts, Implant Currencies) will be deleted.</section>
